1 - 3 Year Olds
We currently have 1 place available. Start - Spring Term 2025.
Hours:
Mon - Fri
8am - 6pm (negotiable)
Places are offered year round excluding Bank holidays, 2 weeks Christmas break and 2 weeks staff holidays (see below).
4 - 5 Year olds
We are not currently offering fulltime places for children aged 4+ however please enquire using the contact form on the homepage for school holiday cover and occasional care.
Holidays
Operating Times
We offer care Monday - Friday 8AM - 6PM. Childminding is available outside of these hours for an additional fee.
Silver Bells will be closed for:
- 2 weeks Christmas break
- All Bank holidays
- 2 weeks staff leave per year including training days
We will remain open for all other school holidays with normal hours. Please enquire to request care while we are closed however an additional fee will apply.
Holiday Policy
Dates for the Christmas break and Bank holiday closures will be available at the beginning of the academic year. Notice of at least 1 month will be given for the 2 weeks staff leave, which will be taken in week blocks (i.e 1 or 2 weeks at a time). This is to ensure parents and carers have adequate time to find alternative arrangements. For children receiving year-round care normal fees will apply during the Christmas break and staff holidays to allow for stable fees throughout the year.
Family Holidays / School Holiday Care
Parents and carers are asked to provide a minimum 1 month notice before family holidays. Holidays of 1 week or more will not be charged if this notice is given. Shorter holidays and absences without notice will be charged as normal unless the place can be filled.
School holiday care is provided at the same rate for children receiving year round care. If you do not require any school holiday care a different rate can be provided to allow for stable fees throughout the year.
Childminding during school holidays only is available on request, with priority given to siblings of children who receive year round care.
